Indonesia Mobilindo (IM) and Globalfon International are privately owned company which operates on the business of fixed wire line and wireless infrastructure development.

They were known as some of the most influential and well performed project investor in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. Their scopes of activity include concept design, construction and implementation of network infrastructures. It also commences business venture through build, operate and transfer joint operation with other active/incumbent parties.

 

Projects

• North Sulawesi: develop more than 40,000 fixed telephone lines and 800 km fibre optic junction with total investment is more than US$ 20 million
• Construct a fixed telephony secondary network of 20,000 lines spread out East Indonesia with total investment is more than US$ 7.5 million

• Bali:  turn key contractor and investor to develop 30,000 lines with total investment of US$ 18 million

• Mataram: develop more than 6.500 fixed line with total investment of US$ 6 million

• Kupang: turn key contractor and investor to develop 10,000 lines with total investment of US$ 6 million

Many of these projects are joint operation (build, operate and transfer) with PT Telkom Tbk until the end of the revenue sharing period.
